Terms & Conditions
1. Size and Suitability
-
Each crystal product includes a suggested pet weight or size as a reference. Such suggestion is for reference only, as actual suitability may vary due to factors such as the density of the ashes.
-
If the crystal urn does not fit the ashes (e.g., it is too small or too large), Ours Memory shall not be held responsible, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Product Images and Variations
-
The product images displayed on our website are for reference only.
-
Since all the crystal products are handcrafted from crystal materials, the actual colour, texture, or details may differ slightly from the images shown. Such natural variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to the final interpretation of the above terms. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before making a purchase.
