Refund Policy - the basics

In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws.   • All orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been completed.

  • If the product is found to have any defects or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We will offer a replacement, but refunds will not be provided.

  • Requests made after the 7-day period or without adequate proof will not be eligible for replacement.
