Client places order via official website or sales colleagues. Clientcompletes the payment at our website or other payment methods.
Client provides the following items for Project Team

the photos or texts to be shown at the customerised metal plate.
Stage 2
Digital Proof Package
Project Team will submit the digital proof package for approval in 3 –5 calendar days. It includes:

AI-generated model of the pet
-
Model of the crystal stands
-
AI-generated artwork of the customerised metal plate
We offer maximum of three-times amendments for the captioned digital proof package.
Stage 3
Approval
Upon the approval of the digital proof package , we will commence the production.
Stage 4
Production of Crystals
Upon the order confirmation and payment, we will commence the production of crystals.
It takes approx. 30 to 45Calendar Days after the order confirmation.
Stage 5
Goods are READY!
Goods are ready for pickup at our Studio in Kwun Tong.
We will deliver the goods to one location via our dedicated courier service provider.
